6/20/2015 10:47:09 AM This is my first comment since my first use of PCMatic in December,2014. I have been using it on four computers, and all four are performing just like new. I like the reports i receive via email, especially the monthly report. It reminds me of some neglect I may have made with one of my less used computer, which causes me to update my scan. Yesterday I went Evergreen because I saw no need to check out PCMatic any longer. I was really surprised that the 50.00 which I paid last December was credited to my purchase. Thanks for such a great product. Jerry

10/6/2015 11:56:35 AM Since I downloaded Windows 10, I experience the WiFi not coming on about 1 out of every 6 or 7 times I turn on the computer. I usually hit the power button for 5 seconds until the computer turns off, and when I turn it on again, the WiFi is on. Can't explain it.

Even though we paid $50.00 for PC Matic service to five computers and we only placed it on two, the program continues to ask us to pay again and it runs scans then advises that the computers need cleaning and protection, but it does not perform those functions. I going to have to go to Best Buy and purchase another Computer Protection disc and just write off my $50 dollars to PC Matic as a loss.
