This computer was again freezing and slow so I ran another PC Matic scan but the slownessstayed I then did another recoveryn last night and have to reactivate eindows and dont have the windows key. The speedtest said 2.51Mbps, but that wasn't indicative of my experience. I installed Norton yesterday and think that may have been the culprit.
