7/3/2020 10:42:59 AM I love this computer. But, like myself, it is getting very old. I am a stock trader during the week. When things are working good, it is plenty fast for me. Sometime it will lockup or get so slow, its impossible to use. I will restore to an earlier date which usually fixes it. I do not want to make it sound worse than it really is. It serves me well at the moment.

3/9/2018 2:30:42 PM I had it worked on recently, several times. The mom and pop shop where I purchased it, convinced me to upgrade to Windows 10 and things have not been the same since. I slowly got things back where they were good for me. I told them I preferred "Internet Explorer" as my default browser and that did not well with Windows 10. I made "Edge" my browser but then the keyboard(no power) and mouse would not work. this went on for a couple of weeks, no solution, so I said put me back on Windows 7 with Internet Explorer. That took awhile, keyboard OK, pyrchased new mouse, OK. Goy things somewhat back together but it keeps locking up or black screen and will ask me to reboot. Since it was a refurbished unit, I have no disk to reboot. I love it when it works. It is plenty fast and does what I need a laptop to do. I talked to the Geek Squad at Best Buy, they say there is no reason why this laptop should not work well for me. I'm open for suggestions but they usually involve Money. I'm also nervous about not having a backup.

1/4/2013 12:56:36 PM my computer freezes up often. It runs very slow. I have problems trying to upload photos to facebook, etc. I can't get online, do whatever i need to do without having the pc freeze up, or run so slow that i give up.
