11/4/2013 3:36:29 PM The only times the computer locks up seems to be when I need it most. It either slows way down loading/unloading scripts and/or locks up for the same reason. Other than that, I really like this computer.

I have uninstalled CA 2010, installed a downloaded 2011 CA Security Suite (purchsed on line st store.ca.com) have uninstalled it and then tried to use my purchased back-up disk and am unable to install it from my back up disk. I have had 24/7 chats four times in the past week with Remote control and it still is not working properly?

4/20/2010 6:31:20 PM After I do a scan with 2010 Security Suite it says that I have 2 security alerts or items in red. I continue to the alert in red of the information. I have one medium alert and one high alert. I previous versions of the CA Security Suite I just tell the CA Suite to zap the bad software and italways quarentined them. Now all I can do is see what should be eliminated, and click on the question mark. That brings me to a web page on the CA site where I can read all about the software threat. But, nothing that I can find tells me how to tell the software to quarentine the bad guys or eliminate them. I have the 3 user 2010 Security Suite on three computers and my grand daughter uses one on the computers for college work. She is always asking me for help too on how to eliminate or quarantine the software threats. Please help me with this issue. Thank you. 5/27/2012 10:05:32 PM Toshiba Satellites were rated highly by Consumer Reports. I had terrible tech support with two issues I had. The Satellite has a known issue of not coming out of sleep mode, yet they deny proper support for a known issue.

I'm trying it out to see how it works today for the 1st time so I don't have any recent history with it. I had difficulty downloading PC Matic to it, but other than that it seems to be working fine.
