1/24/2018 9:45:27 PM I am a senior citizen. Don't approve all this licensing BULL. I understand some of the theories of obsolesence and the realities of governing heirarchies. A purchase life cycle that changes with the weather is neither reasonable nor common sensical. And most states still register Autos as pleasure items.
