7/1/2021 7:10:14 PM It is the same Toshiba I had, but the hard drive is new. The original hard drive failed. I don't remember what year I purchased the computer, but the hard drive is July 1, 2021.

12/23/2013 5:52:04 PM I am always having to call tech support, and the computer was only bought the end of Nov. 2013. Passwords are an issue, and Micro soft won't allow me in because I don't know the password. To change the password, you have to give the old one to prove you are the owner. I rediculous.

1/8/2016 6:32:43 PM Toshiba program & updates did not load properly - get many popups saying system failure due to toshiba program not loading properly - no way to contact toshiba - mouse is way to sensitive - disappears frequently - touch it & page dimishes in size - cannot get to max page icon - a capital C comes up every time you type a capital letter on any message - have to select a message 5 sometimes 10 times before a check comes into box on aol mail (to delete or select as not spam) - get multiple messages pop up asking me about stupid add ons as if I know what they are.
